These strategies apply
to any video poker that you are playing.
• Don’t break a dealt in straight to
draw a straight flush
• Don’t draw five if you have jacks
or better. It’s a winning or potentially winning
hand
• Don’t break a dealt in flush even
if you can draw one to a straight flush.
• Always break a flush to draw to a potential
royal (obviously this will only be done when you
have cards possible to obtain a royal)
• Don’t draw four cards if you can draw
three to a royal e.g. if you have 10 of clubs and
a jack of clubs, Keep Both
• Always keep dealt in five card winning hands
e.g. flushes, straights and straight flushes unless
you can draw one to a royal.
