• Hold any dealt in hand that will pay
• Hold dealt in four card royals to make flushes and straights
• Hold all four card flushes
• Hold low pairs to try make three of a kinds
• Hold all four card straight flushes

If you weren’t dealt in a winning hand you could do the following:
o Keep any two suited high cards e.g. kings, queens, jacks and aces
o Keep any single high card
o Keep three unsuited high cards except the ace
